Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VIFM Academy e-learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Course Enrollment & Access
Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment (if applicable). Access duration depends on the course or subscription plan purchased. We reserve the right to modify course content to keep it current and relevant.
Payments & Refunds
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of the course has been accessed. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and platform features are the intellectual property of VIFM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute course materials, use automated tools to access or download content, engage in any activity that disrupts the platform, or post inappropriate content in discussion forums.
Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including assessments where applicable. VIFM reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means.
Corporate Accounts
Organizations with corporate accounts are responsible for managing their employee access and ensuring compliance with these terms. Corporate license terms are governed by the separate corporate agreement.
Disclaimer
Our platform and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that course content is error-free or that the platform will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
VIFM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
